Victor Wembanyama scored 22 points as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 111-103 in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals.

The 22-year-old French sensation, standing at 7'4", also contributed 7 rebounds and 2 assists to help the Spurs overcome the Thunder, who were led by double MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
