40K Runners Ready for Sunday's 10-Mile Broad Street Race

The nation's largest 10-mile race will feature road closures beginning at 2 a.m. on Sunday, with no parking permitted on Broad Street from Olney Avenue to the Navy Yard between 2 a.m. and noon. City officials expect the course to reopen by noon once all runners have cleared.

Public transportation is recommended for participants and spectators. Runners can ride the B Line for free with their race bib, boarding at any station and riding north to Olney Transportation Center.
